June – Tuna opens June 1. Giant Tuna, School Tuna, Cod,Haddock, Pollock, Striped Bass
July – All Tuna fishing Overnight trips. Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Cusk, Redfish
August – Overnight trips, Tuna, Cod, Haddock, Cusk, Combo trips
September – Tuna, Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Combo trips
October – Giant Tuna
November – Slammer Pollock time!! Tuna still good
December – Season closing call for dates
This is a general guide to what is available in these months. Every year is different as conditions, fishing pressure, and the fish stocks themselves change. We can only predict by the previous years and take an average.
April and May we usually sell out for Cod and Haddock trips.. regulations apply… the weather can be cold and rough and 3-6 ft seas are common. The weather usually gets better toward the end of May
June has been also good Cod and Haddock fishing..the weather is usually much better, warmer with calmer seas. Mid June Tuna usually cranks up
July ..August Nice weather, Cod and Haddock can be great!!
Sept-Dec…Giant Tuna fishing is the best!
