George Linkus and his buddies looked forward to thier Pollock trip. It was far beyond what they expected as only 4 of them showed up to fish. They succesfully caught the fish for all 6 of their group with over 1000lbs of Pollock hitting the deck. Hats off to them and 78 yr young Charlie who reeled up double 15lbers all day, then enjoyed Corona’s on the way in!
Greg Parch and his group from VT exceeded their expectations when the fillet bags were placed on the dock with over 350lbs of fresh fish!
The Pollock fishing remained hot as ever! We put as much as the group wanted around 900 lbs that turns into around 300 lbs of fillet for the group. We then moved on to try for some Giants.
The baits were deployed and 20 minutes later we were on! The boys fought the fish for 40 minutes and landed a 389 lb Blue-fin!
After returning to the anchor with the fish still bleeding on the side of the boat a new bait was placed in the same spot and bamm! We were on again!
Unfortunatly the hook got pulled on this one the fish was lost.
Thank to Dennis Maher group from Ma for a great job!
Here is a few picture I had not had a chance to post. This fish was caught on a Codfish trip see the video below!
This Large Tuna was caught on a two day trip 150mi off shore. The bite was not red hot that day,
it took all day into the night to get a bite! The trip was amazing as we watched large swordfish
tail dance around the boat!

Earlier that week Two different Charter boat operators took there crews up for their bi annual Cod trips to stock their freezers. Both of these groups operate out of the same Pt Pleasant Marina . Well they also both hit the jack pot with limits of Large Cod and then BIG Tuna.
