  1. At the top of this page, you will find a calendar with Kayman Charters availability. Click on the day you wish to book charter.
  2. Select the type of charter you wish to book and then click on the “book now” button
  3. Fill out form and submit (make sure to read and check policy). A deposit is required and can be paid for with Visa or Mastercard through this online booking calendar.
  4. You should get an immediate confirmation (print it) and when you return to the calendar, your trip should show up as scheduled. If you do not get a confirmation, your transaction did not go through.
  5. If you want to send your deposit by check – do not use the online booking system. Please call us before you send the check. Your trip will not be locked in or confirmed until the check clears. Please leave plenty of time for this to occur. To make definitive plans, please use a credit card instead and lock in your trip instantly with our online reservation system.

CANCELLATION AND BAD WEATHER POLICIES

Reservations are made online or by calling 888-752-9626. Your day will be confirmed after your deposit has been received. Cancellations 20 days before departure will result in a full refund. Cancellations after 20 days prior to your trip will forfeit your entire deposit. Weather or mechanical delays decided by Captain only will result in your trip being rescheduled. If you can not attend on a new date, then a full refund will be issued (Full group trips only).

Split Charter seats must be paid in full in advance. There are no refunds for split charters. A trip credit will be issued only if the day is cancelled by the Captain.
