The court overruled Framework 42, that lifts the restrictions on Cod fishing…The Kayman Too was off to the Cod grounds to find an ample supply! More fish than have been seen in years are swarming Tillies Ledge! Any fish under 10 lbs are being released because there are so many 20 to 50 pound fish swarming and looking hard for jigs. The last 3 trips, limits have been reached in a short time that has the boat gunwales deep in fish! Pollock and Haddock, which do not count in the limits, have also been filling a few boxes.
