Halibut on The Kayman Too

The Kayman Too landed a 30 lb Halibut Today! Cooper Van Cott a repeat customer of Kayman Charters was fishing with Capt, Rob on the Kayman Too. After limiting out on large Cod they went to the east side of Stellwagon Bank. In 200 ft of water Copper dropped his jig and expected Haddock or another Cod. To hid surprise as soon as the jig hit bottom the rod doubled over and the drag began to sing. The 40” 30 lb Halibut was landed. The fish was to be weighed in at Yankee fleet scales for the Governors Cup entry, Congrats to Cooper and Capt. Rob
